When you request AC repair service, we collect your name, phone, address, email, and AC system details (age, brand, model). We store this to schedule service, send invoices, and follow up. Payment information is processed by a third-party processor (Stripe) and we do not store full card numbers.

We also collect basic website data: pages visited, time on site, browser type, and IP address via Google Analytics. This helps us understand how customers find us and improve our website.

How We Use Your Information

Phone and email: to confirm appointments, send estimates, follow up on repairs, and answer questions. Address: to dispatch technicians and calculate service fees. We never share customer contact info with third parties except as required by law.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and user behavior. We use a single cookie to remember your preferences (contact form data, service area). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit site functionality.

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. No third-party ads follow you around the internet based on your visit to our site.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent customer data. We share information only when: legally required by court order, necessary to complete a service (e.g., dispatching a technician), or to process payment. Stripe (payment processor) and Google (analytics) are our only third-party partners.

Data Security

All customer information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure servers and limit access to authorized staff. However, no system is 100% secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.

Your data is stored indefinitely for warranty and service history purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data anytime by emailing help@thecuoreproject.com.

Data Retention

We keep customer service records for 7 years (for warranty claims and dispute resolution). Payment records are kept for 7 years per tax and financial regulations. You can request deletion earlier.
