Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 March 2026. By using The Cuore Project's AC repair services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

When you request AC repair or maintenance, you enter into a service agreement with The Cuore Project. We will diagnose your system, provide a written estimate, and only proceed with your approval. Payment is due upon completion unless financing is arranged in advance.

Our team uses only licensed, EPA-certified technicians. We warrant all parts for 1 year and labor for 5 years on major repairs. Warranty covers defects in workmanship or parts failure under normal use. Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs voids the warranty.

Use of Our Service

You agree to provide safe, legal access to your AC system. If we discover health or safety hazards (asbestos, unsafe electrical, structural issues), we'll stop work and refer you to appropriate professionals. You remain responsible for addressing those hazards.

Liability & Limitations

The Cuore Project carries comprehensive general liability insurance. Our liability for any single service call is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost wages, or business interruption caused by AC failure.

We make no guarantee that your AC will never need repairs again. Air conditioning systems require regular maintenance. Even well-maintained units can experience age-related failure. Our responsibility is limited to performing the agreed-upon repair correctly.

Intellectual Property

All photos, estimates, manuals, and documentation belong to The Cuore Project or the original equipment manufacturer. You may not republish our diagnostic reports or photos without permission.

Payment & Cancellation

Invoices are due within 7 days of service completion. Financing available for repairs over $500. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, give at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Emergency service cancellations within 2 hours of dispatch may incur a $75 fee.

Late payments over 30 days may be referred to a collection agency. We reserve the right to suspend service to customers with unpaid balances.

Third-Party Equipment

We repair and install equipment made by Carrier, Lennox, Trane, York, Rheem, Goodman, and other major manufacturers. We do not warrant defects in the original manufacturer's equipment—those claims go to the manufacturer.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed via email or phone. If unresolved after 30 days, you agree to pursue binding arbitration rather than court action. Arbitration costs are split equally unless one party is found to have acted in bad faith.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
